assemble

I used a glue gun to make spiderweb-like shapes nin a circular motion. Then when the glue was still wet, I added gold flakes to the web.

I sewed a piece of paper that I typed ‘assemble’ onto over and over until I felt like stopping to black paper. I sewed the web down and got glue in the needle, and had fun wiping that off so that I could re-thread the needle. ah.

I cut a piece of wired gold ribbon in half and kept choping it up, then kinda staggered the pieces along the edge of this page of a Webster’s dictionary from 1956. I sewed that down with brown yarn
